Red Cahill Posted December 8, 2006 Share Posted December 8, 2006 My snails that were introduced into my new tank 8 days ago have in the past few days become slimy. They leave slime trails everywhere and on the rocks. There are 10 nassarius and 6 astreas. Two nights ago I began dropping Hikari algae wafers to supplement their diet and now the water is clouding up and the snails are excreting extra slime. Is this normal? What could be going on and what can I do? Link to comment
