gsechen Posted December 5, 2006 Share Posted December 5, 2006 I saw him strike a very thin worm thingie coming out of the rock. I tried to suck him up with a turkey baster but to no avail. I hope when I get fish he will eat that sucker. Nothing on mantis shrimps just don't want them in my tank. My question is do I have a mantis shrimp or not. I will try to get a picture next time but its tiny. he has long tentacles and it seems like he as those mantis type arms. anyone ever seen a baby mantis? Link to comment
mattyice Posted December 8, 2006 Share Posted December 8, 2006 hmm get a pic of some sort and PM me with info, if you dont want him, get him out and i have a spare tank i can put him in, plus 5cm is no baby mantis, most mantis (stomatopods) are babies when they are 3mm to an 1" at the most, if you can get me a picture of it that would help, plus he will prolly do more damage to the fish, then the fish would do to him Link to comment
