thats what i was thinking. just way too much in a bucket.

well everything is in its new home. silicone is strong.

i called ge once again and talked to another rep./technition.

i told them about my problem and just how much money i would loose in fish/corals if they steered me wrong.

they once again reassured me, the silicone will reach full cure in 24hours. they also said this is only true with thier aquarium grade silicone.

only time will tell. shrimp are looking alittle more active, but my pipes floating on the bottom of the aquarium still gasping for air.

none of the other fish are panting though. not even the baby banggia.

if i make it through this upgrade, i'm never doing it again. lol from here on out, if i feel the need to go bigger, i'll just buy another aquarium and fill it full of other stuff. :)

my pipefish just started swimming again. up until 5min's ago he was upside down floating on the bottom of the aquarium.

he's eating the brine i threw in for the banggia.

i'm still holding my breath, and hoping i might be in the clear.

yeah you caught the tank with the halide off. :)

i would have used glass for the overflow, but cutting teeth in the top would be next to impossible.

dude i cut over flow teeth in my overflow with a diamond tipped bit in my dremel!!
