My digital camera is rather poor so the pictures aren't that great. My tank is located on my computer desk which is about six feet from a large north facing window. All pictures were taken with natural light only. I'm still waiting for delivery of my CSL PC 2x32 w lights. Please ignore the bright pink spot in all photos... just reflection from the camera. Tank parameters: 10 g 15 lbs arag sugar size sand 12 lbs live cured rock (Fiji and Tonga) with good Coralline growth .. no nuisance algae yet Tank is 4 weeks old Ammonia = 0 Nitrites = 0 Nitrates < 5 (very gentle cycle.. was over in two weeks) Specific gravity: 1.025 Temp: 80 F Calcium 400 pH: 8 Phosphates = 0 Using Instant Ocean Salt and distilled water 3 Hagen 201 powerheads providing good turbulent flow Livestock: 2 perc clowns 5 blue leg hermits 1 snail .. unidentified (hitchhiker) lots of small white worms... (hitchhikers) 2 small bristle worms observed... (hitchhikers) 12 small feather dusters.. (hitchhikers) pink sponge .. (hitchhiker) green polyps.. (hitchhikers .. look sick but may recover) Planning on getting more snails. Will be adding corals (Mushrooms and GSP) next month. Coralline algae is starting to spread Link to comment
