NTAnnin
I was wondering if people thought it would be okay to put a sixline wrasse in a 29g tank with an ocellated dragonet, ocellaris anemonefish, coral beauty, and a brazillian gramma? I have about 10 lbs of live rock and several other hiding places. Thanks for any help you can offer. ~Nick Link to comment
sjpresley
Sounds like you already have plenty of fish in that tank. In addition, the wrasse would compete with the dragonet (which unless it eats frozen or you feed live, probably has problem finding enough food, and may anyway) for food. Link to comment
lakshwadeep
I agree. Wrasse + Dragonet = DEAD Dragonet I was thinking about keeping dragonets & during the info search, wrasse were one of the unsuitable tankmates. The reasons a. Both wrasse and dragonet feed on the same food b. wrasse eat more actively than dragonets c. as wrasse get bigger, they get agressive to docile tankmates Link to comment
