Right levels for alkalinity and calcium

Hello, I have had a 24 gallon cube up and running for about a month and a half and have all my levels in check, but I can't figure out what the correct levels are supposed to be for alkalinity and calcium. I did a test today and calcium was at 440 and the alkalinity is at 150 mg/l. Are these within the proper parameters? What are the ranges that I should stay in? I've looked at many web sites and get different answers at each one, so I appreciate all the input that I can get.

Wow you have not made many posts in the last two years, Welcome Back

Seriously, I stopped worrying about alkalinity/calcium and just keep up on the evaporation makeup water & regular water changes. You can make things a lot harder than they need to be by constantly making adjustments to the water parameters.

Just my opinion

Thank you for the fast information. I've been trying to talk my wife into this for two years and I finally won the battle, now if I could only win the war.
