paani
Looking for a quality all-in-one test kit..any suggestions?? Link to comment
Satchmo
Salifert is the best (affordable) test kit. I don't think they make an all-in-one kit though. I use Seachem's Marine Basic (comes with pH, alk, Am, NO2, NO3). It's cheap and good enough fer me. The only other test I regularly run is Ca, for which I use Salifert. Link to comment
Xwhite
Marine Depot sells package deals on Salifert tests. I picked up their Nitrogen Cycle package and their Reef package. Pretty good deal on kits. http://www.marinedepot.com John Link to comment
AndyL
newbie follow up question, my hagen master test kit claims its good for fresh and saltwater; is that just marketing BS or will it work good for both? Andy Link to comment
Xwhite
Hmm... Well a good test would be to take your water to a local reef shop and have them test your water. If your hagen kit comes out close then it works. Some of the salifert kits I have say they work for both. But, not all of them. John Link to comment
