too much flow?

I have one of those ecclipse 24 gallon tanks that comes with the mag 3 as a return. On top of that I just threw in a maxi-jet 1200 (mainly because it's what I had available).

 

Do you think this is too much flow? I have my ricordia and a rose anemone in there right now. The flow isn't ripping the anemone around, just giving it a nice flowing movement. Has anyone else had a similar setup and had their corals/inverts thrive?

I not sure if it is an acceptable flow for a 24G.

You might find quicker answer in appropriated categorie of topic though...
