Bleeding Blue
6 gallon eclipse. Closed loop maxi-jet 1200 on a wavemaker, and a 6 gallon sump with a 6 inch DSB in the refugium. 3 13 watt pc bulbs. The lifestock is a giant zoanthin, zenia, synyalaria and a random gorgonian. All cutting I took from a 180g reef. You will have to excuse my spelling, and any specs I forgot as it is late, and my brain is fried. Link to comment
zizmans
Dude, I'm not a pro, and by the way I think your tank looks great-like the rock (), but is it just me, or are your diatoms a little thick? Or does your camera suck? What are your statsspecs? Link to comment
caja
Nice set up! Diatoms are a bear though, got them myself. Hey are you using the stock hood on your Eclipse? If so, how did you set up your fuge? I want to add one to my Eclipse 6 but I'm not sure how to do this with the stock hood. PM me with your set up. Thanks Link to comment
Bleeding Blue
I am using the stock hood. I actually just drilled the back of the eclipse and put bulkheads in. You can find photos here. http://www.nano-reef.com/forums/showthread...ghlight=eclipse As for diatoms, well unfortunately they are a pain. However, it has only been running for a short time, and I expected an algea bloom. You win some and you loose some I guess. Link to comment
