reeefermadness
So what do these guys actually eat? My thoughts were that they are filter feeders, using the anemones to catch suspended particles in the water. As for the sexy's they seem to be picking away at my LR and zoas... I dont feed my tank anymore, because i got rid of all my fish, so im just wondering so i dont starve my Pep and sexy shrimp and my pom poms... Any thoughts? Link to comment
supahtim
they're scavengers, so just throw in a little bit of food every now and then for the inverts to munch on. Tim Link to comment

Stephen-in-Va
I've seen my pom pom wipe it's anemones against the glass a lot collecting pods. Then it will venture off into the rock work and return a few minutes later to do it again. Can't say if it's feeding itself or the anemones though. Link to comment
reefman23
Occasionally my pom pom will come out if I am feeding my fish even if the lights are on... it will then get on my hand and aggressivly RIP the flake or mysis from my fingers! Jesse Link to comment
Kogut
My sexies would eat the mini Formula 1 pellets. They'd chase them down all over the tank. Link to comment
