Help w/ clean up crew

Hey everyone, please help:

I just purchased my clean up crew yesterday:

2 nassarius

2 cerith

2 astrea

1 margarita

1 trochus

2 scarlet reef hermits

Everyone seems to be doing fine, except the 2 cerith.

They both keep going to the top of the waterline, is this normal?

I hope that they aren't going up there because they don't like the water.

Also I can't determine where my ph level is at, can someone give me their opinion:

Normal. Your astrea and margarita snails will do the same thing. Your nass snails will too when they come out. I think they like the reduced flow up there, but I'm not sure.

 

Sometimes my queen conch heads north also.

Your PH level is...pink cool aid. That is the worst colour coded test I have ever seen but I will guess 8.5 ish.
