LIGHTING- IS this ok for All CORALS

hi i was just wondering wherever this type of lighting explained would be ok for corals i ahev a few suggestions:

 

i have a 24x12x12 16 us gal tank.

 

1. JBJ 2x55w lighting 1x Daylight + 1x Atinic

could i grow mostly all softites, LPS and maybe a few SPS recommendations appreciated

 

2. ASL T5 Compact Lighting 2x55w. 1x Daylight + 1x Atinic ( i only add this because this is T5 not PC's so should the types of coras that can be grown be different than PC's?)

I would say it is okay for all softies and lps, but i would go with more intensity, MH, for sps.
