I know i paid a lot for them (6.99 per lb) but i couldn't resist because of all the purple coraline algae on them. Let me know what you guys think? So far, i just have a mini zoo med powerhead. I have the 32 watt retro fit kit on the way and also an aquaclear 200. Thanks for your comments! Is this sufficent lighting? The big heater is temporary until i receive the Aquaclear 200 and mini submersible heater. Its cold here in NYC so i had no choice, only heater i had. Its a 150 Watt Link to comment
The Unit Posted March 18, 2003 Share Posted March 18, 2003 i dont think that is enough light or the right spectrum...it looks a little yellow....for 7gal mini bowls a 32w retro fit is perfect....many..many have doen that on this board...they only cost 50 bucks and are easy to instal....nice rock though Link to comment
