Emerald crab color

I know its not a favorite of the people here but maybe someone can answer it for me. So I just got my emerald crab almost a week ago and she's got a green color to her but I've seen pictures of emeralds that are a lot greener. I'm wondering if there's a way to boost up that green color. I have a feeling it might get greener with the next molt since I'm sure she'll be less stressed and have better water quality. Any thoughts?

My Emerald was pretty dull when I first got it, but gets greener with every molt. I have noticed that the carapace gets dull and lighter for about a week prior to the actual molting. The only problem is, the bloody thing seems to double in size with every molt!

Same with my emerald crabs. I had read somewhere here that they need more algae for a color, if not enough - give them nori. But I'm keeping them hungry, so they will eat valonia, what they don't want to do.
