awakedॢ
thanks all~ JohnnyMTB, I have no filteration and don't like it. The live rocks, sands is the best fiteration...I guess... and the fern algea help the water clean... I put the fern algea directly in tank instead of refugium. It's really great advantage for my tank. I used to treamming the algea when water change. you try too... Reefer_Buddha, *cough* PHOTOWORKSed *cough* (not photoshop) why don't you use the PHOTOWORKS ? http://www.nano-reef.com/forums/showthread...&threadid=21721 MarLooney, That's nice...Have a good trip~ brahm, whta is ehtiopian? JLTRUK
I would also like to mention that any other person, that posted pics of a butterfly and a tang in their 13gal would have been severly questioned. Yet for some reason everyone seems to applaud your pics. Unfortunately I can not applaud keeping a butterfly and a tang in a 13 gal...even if the pics are not real. There are many people who visist this site in search of answers and help, this is a disservice to those people. Link to comment

supernip
Also, I like your tank, the nisso. I like how you're willing to spend a lot of money for a nice tank, it makes every aspect of your tank just right. 13,000yen=112USD, very nice tank. Quality like starphire I'm going to try to get one myself. Link to comment
JLTRUK
Originally posted by Tagamet He clearly said that they would need to be moved to a larger tank. Tagamet they dont fit now... I have a 100 gal with a yellow tang and it swims the length of the tank all day long. I rarely get on the soap box about proper husbandry, but a tang and a butterfly (even small ones) in a 13 gal...c'mon yah, they are very nice pics...I'll give her that. Link to comment

I certainly share your concerns about any fish being kept in a setting that's not appropriate. I have two tangs and they cruise the length of their eight foot long tank constantly. Personally, I think that they need at least 4 feet of cruising room, once they exceed 4 or 5 inches in size. Having said all that, this nano owner did recognize that those fish will need to be moved. In the end, we obviously have no control over that. We have both now clearly stated our opinions, and I think that that's where we should leave it. A 13 gallon nano with a great "photo op" which people praised as looking beautiful. Just my .02, Tagamet Link to comment

This isn't the place for it. I am sure there is more than one person that feels the same way , but we don't need to jive on people here. JLTruk - I am with you as far as not praising it. It seems some people get smashed for taking care of an animal that has some chance at life, and then others, who put tangs in a 12 gallon, even if temporarily , get praised. But whatever. Brahm - It's malnOurished, and anOrexic The tank does look good! but I do not agree that the copperbanded and the yellow tang are in there. Link to comment
