Steensj2004
Need some help from the locals here. Recently bought a Eshopps doser( used) it works well, but the dosing is slightly off( I program 20mL it doses 18mL). I think maybe the surgical tubing inside the head may be off, but I can't find any information online or parts anywhere. Suggestions? Link to comment

Steensj2004
Did you calibrate it? Nope, don't think you can, and nothing can be found online about it. I am trying to contact Eshopps with no success. I don't have a manual either, and all I found on line didn't help much with that either. Additionally, I just did a 30mL dose on each pump to test with my new dosing containers( lol, ghetto containers) and it got about 18-19mL . I also took the heads apart, cleaned and re-lubricated them too. Link to comment

I googled and couldn't find anything about replacement parts for it either. Link to comment
masterbuilder
On almost all dosers you really need to buy a new head assembly. On the Eshopps and many of the others that use the same/similar head assembly, its not just the tube that wears it also the rubber rollers and the way they are turned by the shaft motor. Its really a mickey mouse design but thats the way it is for the most part. Even Neptune recommends replacing the head every 12 months or so on their fancy smancy DOS pump. Bulk Reef Supply sells the heads. Mark p.s. Thats typical, 18ml when asking for 30ml....the rollers are slipping on the shaft. Been there ...done that. Link to comment

masterbuilder
I am pretty sure that the Bubble Magus head and Eshopps are exactly the same. Might try one and if it doesnt work send it back. Of course you will be out the postage but thats a lot better than buying a new pump. No way you will get more than a couple of years out of a head of this style. Link to comment
basser1
Hmmm.... No replacement parts, crappy or no customer service, looks like my Jebao doser lookin' better all of the time. Hope you get your parts and hear from somebody soon. Link to comment
