FlowerMama Posted June 9, 2015 Share Posted June 9, 2015 Wanted you to know of a situation I just recently had. I bought a Coral Comp bulb from a local reefer. She told me she'd only had it 6 mos but she was giving up her small salt water tank as she was a teacher and would be traveling for the summer. The inner metal casing came off where the bulb goes in to the fixture. I emailed and explained, gave them the name of of the reefer. They looked her up and verified her, had me send a pic of the issue and promptly sent me a new fixture. They could have said the issue had to be resolved with a receipt and by the original purchaser, etc etc but they didn't. Very very pleased. Thank You again. Link to comment
