Wanted you to know of a situation I just recently had. I bought a Coral Comp bulb from a local reefer. She told me she'd only had it 6 mos but she was giving up her small salt water tank as she was a teacher and would be traveling for the summer. The inner metal casing came off where the bulb goes in to the fixture.

 

I emailed and explained, gave them the name of of the reefer. They looked her up and verified her, had me send a pic of the issue and promptly sent me a new fixture.

 

They could have said the issue had to be resolved with a receipt and by the original purchaser, etc etc but they didn't. Very very pleased. Thank You again.

+1 I have had similar experiences with coral compulsion. Top notch customer experience. There is no better company for a great par bulb. Fantastic

Well I'm in the market for a PAR bulb for over my sump. With this kind of customer service I guess it is a no brainer to get on from them.
