Hey guys, just started up my tank a few months back, the last one I had crashed about a year ago in an attempt to move the tank (sand) yay... So I am getting back into the hobby and thanks for taking a look at my new setup.

So far, 2 clowns, BTA, yuma, green tree (not entirely sure), random large polyp?, 2 penderson shrimp (lost... molting perhaps?) help? ha, red serpent star, 4-5 small sea stars (barely 1/2 inch), 6 snails (cerith and astrea)

nice set up you have, what type of lights? Is the livestock a transfer from another established tank? I saw some aiptasia on the lr,you better remove it before is 2 late

lights are from ultrabrite, basically retrofitted hood with 6 3w LEDs, 3 blues 3 whites, I didn't know what that was, I know peppermint shrimp take care of aiptasia, is there anything else to do?

Thanks! Got rid of that aiptasia using a syringe filled it with lemon juice and it shriveled right up. Everything is from a local coral farm, all the rock fish inverts corals are all from them, I use their saltwater for my water changes and set up my parameters exactly as they have it, all i have to do is pick out what I want and drop it right in my tank its wonderful. The one rock that is bright pink, sort of in the middle right of the tank, was probably in their system over 3 years takes a while to get coralline algae from that purple to a nice pink color. Thanks again for the help/looking at my thread! I'll post more soon.

Just some updates on the tank. Its been about 2 months now, had to remove the starfish, caught him in the act of pulling a cleaner shrimp down under the rocks, so I no longer have the big starfish (still have 6 or 7 little ones probably around 1" in diameter). Just got a new frag with 3 different Zoas it seems and a nice yellow yuma. The other 1 rainbow yuma has now grown to 3 which is wonderful. Feather has grown quit a bit as well. The anemone is doing great and had a small bubble algae outbreak but the emerald crab took care of it. Here are a few pictures.
