JMCollins24
Before I start adding corals to my tank I would like to upgrade the stock pump. I thought of going with a Koralia Nano, but I really would like to keep the stock look of the tank and add a spinstream. I see the cobalt mj900 is a big contender, but are there any other options that I should consider? What about the marineland mj900? Link to comment
Polarcollision
I got the cobalt mj900 for my Nuvo 8 and have zero regrets almost a year later. I understand they are made in Italy to higher standards. Didn't get the spinstream, just turned the nozzle vertical-ish and pointed it at the front wall, slightly off center to encourage random, but generally circular flow and also move water near the sand. Here's a link to my setup equipment if it helps. Link to comment

zenreefer
The cobalt fits perfectly in the small hole (so I can put it in the back like the original IM pump)? For 45$ I should prob' get that too Link to comment
1.0reef
I wonder if you could do a mini Eheim, that'd be cool plus it would run for like 10 years before any problems start lol Link to comment
