green mushrooms....is something wrong?

this is a pic of one of my green mushrooms. lately, it sometimes looks like its insides are coming out through its mouth...notice the stuff coming out of its mouth...not sure what this is, any ideas as to what is going on would be greatly appreciated.

did you recently change the water?

That is their Digestion system I believe.

I had that happen to me twice when I cleaned the sand in my tank.

Should be gone by the morning but do a water check to be safe.
