kinktao Posted August 21, 2005 You were able to host two different species of clownfish together? Quote Link to comment
reale_02 Posted August 26, 2005 if theyre introduced into the tank at the same time they will get along fine. i think this goes for all clown species, like cinnamon and maroons, which are clown species that usually dont mix with other clowns. rzabld: keep in mind that the black perc will get much bigger than the other, ive seen black percs that are 4.5 inches long. Fishfreak218 Posted September 1, 2005 reale_02...thats not neccasaraly (spelling) true ....i added a false perc and a maroon clown at the same time..the maroon being the smaller one and the maroon usuually starts the fight but the Occelaris always wins..LOL..pretty weird considering the fact that the maroon are known to be the more aggressive of the two.and occelaris being the more docile...btw both are tank raised Quote Link to comment
rzabld Posted September 5, 2005 i had the false perc about a month before introducing the black clown . Quote Link to comment
