That colony had to have cost you $40+, man. I'm not too sure it will survive or survive well in a 2 week old tank. I didn't start adding softies until 4 months into establishment. Looks like a 10g tank? What kind of lighting?

you dont necesarily need a skimmer.my lfs dosnt use them.
