saltwatercoral Posted January 15, 2012 The skimmer def making a deep humming noise. Ilfrom what I heard it should quiet down some after some time. It's producing a ton of bubbles and the problem with that is that I had to take the cap out so that the bubbles would run back into the tank. If I didn't the cup would overflow within a few seconds. Now all Rhodes bubbles are getting trapped in the sponge filter and slowing the flow to the return pump. I'm going to clean the sponges today to see if this helps as well. I am also going to work on getting the waterfall noise cutdown as well. Other than that the system Is running good! Quote Link to comment
