hey i got this a bit ago but dont know what it is was told it was a a sort of button pol and said it was a filter feeder but it dose take brineshrimp

my clowns are hosting in it at the min

I have one in my tank, when I bought it I was told it was a "tree polyp". In theory it's a gorgonian that has died off a long time ago and then there is a special type of polyp that grows over it.
