Here are the mods that I did.

Upgrade pump to a Maxijet 900 removed the elbo.

Widened the over flow between chambers 1+2.

Will be putting cheato in chamber 2.

Removed paint from back glass at chamber 2 and mounted a 9 watt compact fluorescent in a utility box, the box is mounted with velcro.

Removed the sponge.

Covered lower intake chamber.

I will be putting a Hydro Koralia Nano in tomorrow.

how old are the bulbs in the hood? that's the only thing i can think of that you might need to replace. Great looking aquascape by the way
