The BTA is actually neon green it looks bleached cause I took the pic with my cel.

Your tank looks awesome, but 1) your anemone *is* bleached because it's translucent -- which has nothing to do with your cell phone camera and everything to do with the anemone being bleached, and 2) your tank is too small for that shrimp to be comfortable.
