gabbeyshell Posted May 17, 2004 what is the difference if any between the lemonpeel and the false. thinking about getting one for my 20l. does it mess w/ your corals. and third does it eat ha?? Quote Link to comment
esqharvard Posted May 22, 2004 Hi, The difference is that the lemonpeel will have a "blue color ring" around the eyes. The false is simply entirely yellow. It has behaved quite well, and doesn't mess with the corals. Yes, it sure does eat! It enjoys the flake food without a problem. Very nice fish to have. If your tank is small, just don't include more than 1 angel since they can be aggressive to their own kind. But in my tank, it has behaved like an "angel." Good luck. :-) Quote Link to comment
flick Posted January 8, 2006 Hey, I have a 15 gallon reef tank, and i wanted my final fish list to include 2 false clowns, and a yellow angel ( a false lemonpeel). Would they be fine in my tank? I have amazing conditions that are always perfect, i just really want a small angel and two clownfish! I thought of a coral beauty in stead of the yellow angel, but i changed my mind becuse i have actually seen yellow angels in nature, so everytime i look at my tank, i will be reminded of Nemo, Marlin, and my carnival cruise vacation!...lol Quote Link to comment
