lumsifu Posted April 11, 2008 beautiful angler. i have a baby black one like your other angler. what do you put them in? Quote Link to comment
Reef Goddess Posted April 11, 2008 In a tank... they seem to be doing fine in the tank I have them in. The black one swims around a lot so I don't think he's a wart skin. He has black spots on his black and isn't warty like the red one. The red girl just crawls. Quote Link to comment
phil121 Posted April 11, 2008 I love anglers!! That one is extremely nice. I am curious too. What size tank you got him in? Quote Link to comment
lumsifu Posted April 11, 2008 lol opps..i meant to say what size tank. do you have them both in the same tank w/o any problems? Quote Link to comment
Reef Goddess Posted April 11, 2008 I have them in a 2x3' mixed reef at the moment, seems to be okay but I won't be keeping them for long (I hope). I hope they are able to eat the copepods and mysis roaming around my tank since they are so small. Quote Link to comment
Gourami Swami Posted April 11, 2008 great looking angler, i love this group of fish! Quote Link to comment
phil121 Posted April 11, 2008 Out of curiosity where did you get them at? I have an empty 30 and 58 that I would like to set up later this year and would like to keep an angler again. Quote Link to comment
Reef Goddess Posted April 11, 2008 At my wholesaler, they said they've been getting them fairly regularly. I don't usually sell them cause I don't have a special setup for them, but I couldn't pass these up. ;] Quote Link to comment
14GNANO Posted April 11, 2008 amazing, it so small, at my LFS the have one thats prabably a foot tall in about 8 inches long! Quote Link to comment
QbnSuperman Posted June 5, 2009 man, I would really love a tiny one of these. What is their diet like? Quote Link to comment
Reef Goddess Posted June 5, 2009 I don't know, little fish probably. I sold them quickly and won't get them again. They grow fast so I really wouldn't advise getting one. Like tigers they're just cute when they're little. Quote Link to comment
