That's awesome... I'd love to have an eel but with an open top it's not gonna happen. That and my clowns wouldn't appreciate it hah. Nice pic.

My tank have an open top but the eel is small, one of the secrets to prevent them to escape is to feed her with a stick in the bottom of the tank because if you trow the food they will always be searching near the surface for food. This eels are suposse to be fishsafe because is a "Echidna".

Yes is in my 30g, they are slow grower but with time it will outgrow the tank but in a few months I will upgrade to a 75g but also they dont grow that big(2 feet).
