Ronin0666 Posted November 9, 2007 It's a JBJ 24 with the Viper HQI 150W @14K. I've added a small power head addsome extra flow. Actually all of the pumps are off because I was trying to get a "Top Down" shot but I was getting to much reflection off the water surface from my light. I do a 5 gallon change every week but I always have a trace of nitrates. I spot feed my coral once a week same with iodine, and I dose Ca, Mag, and PH every other day or two.I've been confused with the nitrates but it's been so consistant I'm not sure what to do. None of the corals seem to be bothered so I try not to stress over it to much. I only feed the fish twice a week and I only have two.I'ld like to set up a ref. but I'm not sure how to go about it and what size I would need. Any suggestions would would be much appreciated. Thank you for the comments. Quote Link to comment
