Wow thats awesome! You have any pointers for me? I just started out.

Honestly this site is a resource; I creeped around here for 4 months before I started. I also read a couple of books; I think the titles were "saltwater aquariums make a great hobby", "Ultimate Nano reef", "beginner salt water aquariums" and some species identifying books.

But the best advice is to read, listen, and take it slow. There are alot of people on this site who have tons of experience and are really cool about quickly answering questions.

wow, nice tank, do you stack your rocks against the back of the glass?

Yes I stacked them against the glass; If I could do it over I would do my rocks much different. I would leave room in the back b/c sometimes I don't see some inverts for days and I wonder if they are dead or if something falls etc... I also wouldn't have gone with the blue background.

I wish I went black; I think it would have been more opaque. The blue allows light to pass through when the refugium is on @ night. Sort of like a blue glow.

Well if heat isn't a problem, just run your fuge light during the day.

Or you just wait another 2 years for that blue to turn purple :-)
