nice pic.what is that purple ball in lower center of the pic i have a few in my tank was wondering what thay are.

I think they are red bubble algae

Perhaps it's a sponge or tunicate. Your tank looks awesome by the way.

no they are neither of those they just look like bubble algae except purple... I have taken a couple of them out and dissected them alongside green bubble algae and they are identical besides color.
