believe it or not yesterday was xenia trimming day. Reduced the population by about half. I hate flushing them- but I don't want to ship any.

How's the seaclone working for you? Does it skim well on your tank?

i somewhat requires attention.

that said. I take it completely out of the tank every three weeks and give it a good cleaning. Junk builds up very quickly.

However, I end up with about a 3/4 of the collection cup of very dark skimmate every week and a half.

I may or may not buy another one. The air ratio for best skimmate production needs to be monitored bi weekly at least.

Major drawback - Tons of microbubbles.
