Auto Top-Off with GFCI receptacle (still in Beta testing). This one is my proof of concept, so please excuse the poor craftsmanship. I am currently working on one for production.

NEVER SATISFIED REFFER

Posted

Thought id tell u about the reef fanatic ato i bought. it stopped powering up the pump, so I took it apart, I have a electrical and electronic background. I couldn't believe, they soldered the wires together to the terminals that send 120v to the pump!!! WTF, you don't solder 120v ele connections! Fire hasard, I know this thing sure ain't UL listed!!! POS!

no worries, only low voltage parts soldered, LED, relay, on/off switch, float switches. Everything on the 120volt side is connected with wire nuts.
