Canser Posted November 14, 2005 I have true white zoas. They've been in my tank (stock cube dx) for 2.5 months and have yet to color up. They spread very slowly. Oh and they're definately not those in the picture. Quote Link to comment

icenine Posted November 14, 2005 Bleached polyps can stay bleached indefinitely.I have some palys that got bleached back in august that have yet to recover their original coloration. They open and close and have a healthy looking size, but are just plain bleached. I've about given up on them and plan on ditching those polyps. I had some other zoas that got bleached when they fell and spent a month in the rockwork... they took about a month to recover but now you would never know they were ever bleached.
