logicalreef
Pump or powerhead? I know the maxijet 1200 PH is rated at 297 gph and most will attest to their durability. Is this for a sump to tank return? PEace, Bryan Link to comment
reefriot
i know aquabee has super small pumps that are very powerful(as much as a maxi1200 and small then them) but there hard to find and spendy little buggers. i think bryans about as close as your gonna find with the maxi 1200 they always restart and last forever. sjwalton
i am looking for a powerhead with at least 300gph. It will be a return of sorts. I have taken a 10g AGA and sectioned off 6 inches of one side. Water will trickle into that chamber and over a baffle. The powerhead will be at the bottom of the baffle connected to a spray bar in an h-shape. I have a rio 600 and the force of the water coming out of the spray bar isnt what i want it to be. It needs a little more 'oomph" to get the current moving like i want it to. So with more info any other suggestions. For only 15 bucks i might have to pick up one of those little ph's on the aquaglobe site. Link to comment
