Sjd Posted January 20, 2017 Author Share Posted January 20, 2017 yes maybe, i've changed the skimmer, now i havea tunze 9001 the problem is a green water, maybe due to the add of fito and bacterial i think with the new skimmer problem is solving, but maybe if this will continue i'll use a UV light. I'd test your nitrates and phosphates(salifert test kit) Are you over feeding, dosing anything? I just had one in my 15g. I did a waterchange, changed my carbon, added phosguard, and cut the lighting period. Link to comment

I did a waterchange, changed my carbon, added phosguard, and cut the lighting period. no i don't, i m adding nothing to the water nitrates with red sea test were about 3ppm and po4 with hannah checker 0.3 ( i added nyos GFO, but i have to change it this week and i'll add phosguard). mine isn't still gone after about 7 days, light it's about 9 hours per day, maybe i can reduce it. what do you think? how much water did you change ?
