CURRENT TANK INHABITANTS! 1. YCG 2. 2x bangai cardinals 3. 6 line wrass 4. x3 peppermint shrimp (for aptasia...) CORALS 1. 2 HUGE HAIRY MUSHROOMS 2. Reg. Purple mushroom x2 3. Duncan 4. Mirya Posted February 8, 2016 Share Posted February 8, 2016 Skip the button polyps and get Palythoa grandis instead. Button polyps grow fast to the point of becoming invasive. I work at my lfs and get a pretty good discount and pay, so its not rlly the money, i have a reef fund lol XD The RFA sounds goof KP has a sweet striped one for $30 so i might order that Link to comment

Stephosaurus Posted February 12, 2016 Share Posted February 12, 2016 Corals in the family Euphyllia are generally hardy: Hammer Coral, Torch Coral, Frogspawn, Octospawn, etc. Also Kenya Tree Coral and Colt Coral, if you don't mind something that grows relatively quickly and large. All listed are pretty and hardy imo, great beginner corals. Link to comment
