Kayleen
Due to power outage last month, I have lost most of sps and fishes. And I have decided to make myself a little more bigger tank, so that I could have more space for fishes and corals. My new buid will be: 40" x 40" x 20" 12mm glass tank with two side optic clear glass. 29" x 24" x 16" 8-10mm glass My stand will be similar to v1 rotate reef in the sky. Loved his stand, hope he does not mind. My goal is for this tank as silent as possible, so I am trying herbie overflow with 2 x 1.5 " as for main drain and emergency and 3/4" single return line. Eheim 1262 will be use for return pump, I was hoping this able to handle turn overate for my capacity. Planning to T it to chiller as well. ( or should I go with bigger pump ? 2 mp40wes are reponsible to keep my sps happy And I had great success with zeovit, I might go on with that road. Hopefuly I could achieve the same result as my previous nano tank I will update progress of the build Any critics and suggestions are most welcome Thanks Pin Link to comment

Lol Can not say I am big fan, just like to dose a little to digest and booster once a month with zeovit running. evo_2679
Wow !!! Great build so far!!! So how do you like the Prodibio ? Have you used it before? I was think of switching out from dosing Vinegar for the Prodibio BioDigest and Bioptim. According to the instructions you dose every 15 days. Link to comment
rovster
I would get a larger return especially if you are going to run anything else on it. I was going to use that pump for my return, but I found out later it doesn't deal with head pressure too well. I'm glad I up sized to a larger pump. It runs my fuge and reactors comfortably. FWIW I went with a WB 3000. My tank is 100 gal. Looks great so far, best of luck! Link to comment

Should be enough, the 1264 will shoot direct to chiller and output from chiller straight to return for DT. any sps to show yet?Not yet lol Sorry about your loss- I experienced something similar years ago- I took a 4 year break, congrats on moving forward- sump looks good - looking forward to your new tank!Thank you Tank finaly arrivedhttp://s492.photobucket.com/user/pocky2301/media/Mobile%20Uploads/image_zps912d3acb.jpg.html'>http://s492.photobucket.com/user/pocky2301/media/Mobile%20Uploads/image_zpsa8435de4.jpg.html'>http://s492.photobucket.com/user/pocky2301/media/Mobile%20Uploads/image_zps2678cf71.jpg.html'> The one who is going to help with me piping and others http://s492.photobucket.com/user/pocky2301/media/Mobile%20Uploads/image_zpsb44f1932.jpg.html'> Link to comment
