Fishiebusiness
I superglued a whole bunch of frags yesterday. I believe cyanoacrylic based glues are the ones used. This includes super glue brand and krazy glue brand. Link to comment
tinyreef
hey fishiebusiness, is that the gel type? i saw a mention somewhere and i always struggle with the epoxy and rubber bands. i saw someone mention underwater use and others opposite. what's the brand specifically, i'd loved to stop messing with the epoxy bs. Satchmo
Yeah, it's the gel type superglue. It works well for frags whose "attaching surface" can be easily dried with a paper towel, IME. Great for GSP's. Corals that tend to slime up a lot after cutting and during handling (xenia, capnella, shrooms), I've had problems glueing down. I've found the best and easiest way for these guys is to use that bridalveil material. Link to comment
