Monochrome5
So heres a picture of the fish at the LFS. What kind is it?? Goby. Looks like it's paired with a shrimp, too. Perhaps a Steinitz Goby? I'm colorblind, so I'll let someone else make a definitive ID on what species of goby. Link to comment
stshy
He said it was a Randall's Goby but I dont find the color bright like other Randall's I've seen. Link to comment
Blackbird
That's what I'm thinking as well, looking at the black stripes on the eyes... Edit: I meant what Monochrome5 said. Link to comment

Blackbird
He said it was a Randall's Goby but I dont find the color bright like other Randall's I've seen. It's not a Randall's. They have totally different looking fins on their backs. Amblyeleotris steinitzi Amblyeleotris randalli Well, that links says it all... Amblyeleotris yanoi... though not a particularly colourful one, then? Link to comment
lakshwadeep
It could be Amblyeleotris aurora (Pink bar shrimp goby). edit: +1 to A. yanoi, which does not have the red stripe under the eye. Link to comment
