kidd_77
Hey guys, another question... If I plan on having corals in my rimless 10 gallon, should I run a penguin biowheel? I have a rapids mini canister filter but it's such a pain to replace media. I'll also be running a bak pak with no media though. Is that overkill? Any thoughts on this matter will be rewarded with candy... Mmm...candy Link to comment
Artie1a
I use two Aqua clears on my 10g. the 20 is for surface skimming and the 30 is just a standard set up with custom filter media. Don't know much about the bak pak but Imagine you could just use that and if you have room for filter media add what ever you think you might need like floss or carbon. The penguin just isn't customizable enough for my likes. Link to comment

Mmm...candy ditch the canister PITA which means you will not want to clean it, which leads to high nitrates.... and take the wheel out of the biowheel Link to comment
