Reggie
Awesome sponges That's a lot of light - your SPS will be loving it when you get them all. Looking really great so far. Thanks! I agree that 250w is a bit too bright. I actually ordered a 150w Phoenix just to compare. I've always been tempted to try rocks from tampa bay saltwater. Nice looking tank. Thanks! Do try some if possible. They're a bit dense but there are so much life in them! So far I've seen live barnacles, small crabs, sponges, and small feather dusters. If you order in the morning, you get it the same day via air freight. Link to comment

BobbyL1212
Amazing! barely anyone has encrusting monti colonies that are bigger than a frag plug. Did you grow them up, or buy them large? Link to comment
Reggie
Thanks Kitty! Let me know if you need help on your tank. Bob, I mostly grew them. The biggest frag I got was the purple cap which was about 1.5". That sunset monti, believe it or not, was 1/4" when I got it. I'm now adding acans at the lower left. I have several of them there now but not ready to show them yet as they are still growing. My Miami Hurricane chalice grew another eye which is great. This is my very first chalice so I'm still figuring out what it likes. Thanks all! Link to comment
