Crimper
Hey i just got my first corals, YSP. they havent opened up yet for me, as i practicaly just put them in there but i cant wait to see them!! they looked great at the LFS.... How long do they usually take to open up? Link to comment
NanoBound
Ususally 2-3 days. But donot worry if it takes them up to a week or more. As long as the matt has its color, they are alive and well....just recoperating from the shock of being moved, and then all at once they will all start to pop out. Link to comment

freakaccident
YSPs are easy to keep. IMHO they are easier to keep than Xenia. Mine have been through three tank crashes and not one colony has suffered any losses. Link to comment
birdman204
Most of the things I have in my tank look great after an evening of rest. My YSP opened up within 3 hours:) Link to comment
