newbiecarlz Posted April 7, 2005 Author Share Posted April 7, 2005 a local reefer gave me some frags large brown button polyps brown/green centre zoas brown pink centre, green skirt zoas brown skirt lime centre zoas pink star polyps also my new Fromia indica star other inhabitants: six line wrasse, true perc clown, coral banded shrimp, fluffy mushrooms, red pimple mushrooms. setup is pretty basic, a 12 gal boyu cube (same as jbj cube) stock standard, except for 1 x extra powerhead. its been running 9-10 months now, weekly waterchanges 10-15% Link to comment

newbiecarlz Posted April 7, 2005 Author Share Posted April 7, 2005 yep you are right uchiha there are heaps of them in our reefs, but not many at the LFS! i dont know if id call them a 'cheap' coral (well by carly's student poverty standards at least), but then again i guess all our corals are cheap compared to what you would pay in the US that said it wouldnt be too hard to get my hands on some acans.. maybe ill just have to set up an acan only tank just to see you guys drool.. lol Link to comment
