ok i went to http://www.garf.org/ and came up with this:

Tank Information:

Material = Glass

Tank Height = 9.5"

Tank Width = 6.5"

Tank Length = 10.5 "

Glass Thickness = 1/4"

Approximate Gallons = 3

Cut List:

Bottom = 10 " x 6"

Front = 10 1/2 " x 9 1/2"

Back = 10 1/2 " x 9 1/2"

2 Sides = 9 1/2 " x 6"

Top Front/Back brace = 10 " x 2"

Top Sides brace = 6 " x 2"

Additional Materials

1. Tube of aquarium grade silicone

2. Tape or clamps for holding the peices in place

3. Solvent for clean up.

4. Rags/Paper towels for clean up.

5. 1/4 inch wooden dowels.

my question is do i need the top front.back.side brace?? if so.. what is it? :lol:

also what is the 1/4 inch wooden dowel?

im building this for a dorm and the limit is 10g so im limited the tank size. also i am planning to have the sump right behind the tank so i dont want the sides or top to stick out alot.
