12g Nanocube Sump

Sooo I received a protein skimmer for christmas, have a stand in process and am looking for setup ideas for the plumbing and hook up. We've got a general idea but would feel more comfortable knowing if anyone has had success with theirs. It'd be nice to only have to do this once efficiently We're willing to drill holes but won't until we're positive that they'll be right. I'm working with a 12g nanocube, 10g sump, and an asm mini-g. Thanks in advance for any help!
