Mr. Microscope
Hello all, I got to my tank this Monday after being away for the weekend and found that my toadstool did not have it's polyps out. After some research, I realized that it is likely going through its slough. My question is, how long does this take? It's now Wednesday and it's been that way since at least Monday. Parms are fine except for SG being a little high at 1.028. Thanks! Link to comment

JMAdams
Mine currently only takes a couple days. When I first got it, it would take about a week. Link to comment
Mr. Microscope
Yes, Mine is pretty young. Thanks for the diagnosis. I'll keep an eye on it. I notice that even though it's not blooming that it does grow and shrink with light. The funny thing is that it is usually brown, but it looks purple now during the day without it's polyps out. It would be cool if it stayed that way. Link to comment
