PoopCola
i know it seems as if we are all 3 yeaar old picture loving fools.. but at least give us an intro so we know how u got it..etc Alright Gladly! The tank is at my high school because my parents specifically told me that I could not start an aquarium at home until december (Parents ) so i asked my science teacher (who is also a reef enthusiast) If I could start one in his class room while I was waiting to setup my aquarium at home He said it was fine and even gave me the tank and clamp light The tanks is 31 days old Its started with about 3 pounds of fiji LR from premium aquatics Then a week later I added 4 more pounds also from PR Also added about 1 inch of Live sand from an established aquarium (Thanks Mr.Meany!) let it cycle for about 3 weeks ammonia-0 nitrites-0 and nitrtates-0-5? Added a tiny blue damsel (named Bloo) about 11 days ago and I got the emerald crab a few days ago everything is looking good so far! What kind of lights are those? The one on the left is a 13 watt 6500k florecent and the one on the right is a 10 watt 50/50 Link to comment

TeamZissou
I just graduated high school and started college, my parents were the same way... "You need a bifg aquarium for saltwater and it'll be way to expensive, no!" So one day I found NR, and a few months later I went out and got a 10g and a bunch of noob hardware and snuck it into my room, after a few more years of research (I am very patient) and messing around with tanks I put together at school, like you did, I now have a wonderful tank! Good Luck! Link to comment
