yueyreef
This is the MH light fittment chosen for the mod. Its cast aluminium. I chose this fittment specifically for the exhaust as part of the unit plus the vent at the back to release the heat and a pc fan can be added to the unit wired to a stat. Removed most components MH light fittment installed on inside top of hood Top View - the whole unit with MH fittment is to be rubbed down and resprayed to look like 1 single bonded unit. Althou the protrusion at the top - its gonna look good once pimped. This rear view shows the vent on the MH fittment which has room inside for a 60-80mm pc fan to be fitted for additional cooling I made use of the aluminium sheet inside and cut to shape. The standard cooling fans are to be upgraded. This is the modded layout and the standard 2x 36w compacts are to be retained Checking splash cover fits ok Once Ive tidied the whole thing up, resprayed the whole fittment, added 150w remote ballast, refit the led moonlights, upgrade cooling fans - ill post the pics Link to comment

yueyreef
Stability was the main key to the success in the thriving community of fish and growth of corals in my main tank. If Bush and Brown took this up as a hobby and applied the theory to our economy - they might just get somewhere. Link to comment
